Ms. Marisa Oca, the visionary leader and founder of Gregorio Oca Leadership and Development Foundation (GOLD Foundation), has not only introduced transformative and developmental programs but also made a profound impact on seafarers' welfare and the country's maritime landscape. Ms. Oca was presented with one of the galleon ships made by an RCES student as a symbol of appreciation for her visionary leadership and dedication to the program.
